Since 2004, the club has won a record 20 championship titles in the Kooperativa NBL and added 16 triumphs in the Czech Cup. In addition to domestic competitions, it regularly participates in prestigious international tournaments, including the Basketball Champions League, and previously the VTB League and ULEB Eurocup. The team is known not only for its dominant play but also for training talented players who succeed in European leagues and the national team.

In 2025, the team fought its way to the quarterfinals of the Basketball Champions League, which is the club's greatest success to date. At the same time, it won its 20th anniversary championship title in the top-tier Kooperativa NBL competition.

In 2014, the Basketball Academy (BA Nymburk) was founded with the goal of creating a natural competitive environment that motivates players to improve athletically while also studying. The academy now has a total of 310 young players divided into 12 teams, led by 19 coaches.
